Logan Cashin will be hosting a Website seminar next week. It will take place in SWAN 218/220 on Tuesday the 7th at 6:00pm, with a repeat on Wednesday the 8th at the same time and place. It’s recommended that all GAA members attend in order to learn about how to stay connected with the organization and each other using the site and services provided. Bring your laptop/tablet/smartphone if you’ve got one to get your GAA email added to it.

As a heads up for tomorrow’s meeting I wanted to make sure everyone got a copy of the revised Constitution and Bylaws. The E-Board and C-Board met on the 29th of October to update the Constitution so that it is more relevant and easier to understand with some of the changes that have happened in the GAA over the last few years.
As per our rules, the changes cannot be made official until they are presented to the general assembly and passed by majority vote. We will be holding a vote to approve the document as it is written in this PDF tomorrow, and if you have any questions, changes, or complaints that will be your time to voice them.
You can view the updated document HERE
If you have not yet put in your nomination for next year’s E-Board, please go here to fill out a form for it. Instructions are on the form, and your identity will be kept secret. Nominations will be closed at midnight tonight, so get your picks in as early as possible.
Elections will be held next week on Tuesday.
