I know that many GAA mem­bers opt to use e-mail appli­ca­tions rather than access­ing the Gmail inter­face through the web browser. The major down­side to using an appli­ca­tion is the lack of auto-fill for addresses within the GAA’s domain. GAA Mini Composites

We’re going to print mini ver­sions of our in-house GAA com­pos­ites soon, and would like to know how many we need. Please answer yes or no in this form so we have an idea. Thanks!

If you haven’t already, please fill out this form regard­ing the con­tent you would like for your photo/profile on the vir­tual com­pos­ite page we are work­ing on. This will be hosted on the GAA site when com­pleted, and can be used as method of get­ting your résumé and port­fo­lio out in the open.

Busi­ness Cards are in!

They will be avail­able for pickup tomor­row from 8–12 AM and again from 4:30–5:00 PM. You can also get them Tues­day at the meet­ing, or until 3:15. If you won’t be able to be in dur­ing any of those times please let me know and I will make sure your cards get to you.

The Action Com­mit­tee is check­ing for inter­est in doing a Pho­to­shop Sem­i­nar where mem­bers can share their knowl­edge in this vast and awe­some pro­gram. The sem­i­nar would cover many areas of photo cor­rec­tion and manip­u­la­tion rang­ing from the basics to some more in depth and artis­tic actions.

The GAA will be start­ing a new cookie dough fundraiser next week. More details to come, be on the look­out for order forms and information.

The GAA will be print­ing busi­ness cards for mem­bers shortly. Cur­rently, we are try­ing to col­lect all of the infor­ma­tion from our mem­bers that they would like dis­played on the busi­ness card. We have cre­ated a Google Form that you can fill out and sub­mit to us. Visit the form (you must be signed in to your GAA email account to view and submit).

We will have pre­views of the cards up as soon as they are available.
