Spring Trip 2012 – Washington, D.C.

The Graphic Arts Association will be going on a trip to Washington D.C. from April 4-8 (Mid-Semester Break).

We will be needing a $20 down payment by Tuesday, February 21 to confirm you will going on the trip. You must pay the down payment if you want to go on the trip. This will make it easier for us to get a final price for the trip. There will be no refunds.

Quad Midland Trip

The trip to Quad Midland is taking place on November 2 from 8:15am – 3pm.  Please bring a couple of dollars for the drivers. We will be getting lunch in Midland.

Dress business casual. You are representing the printing program and GAA, so please look sharp.

If you are on the list, there is an excusal form located on the light table to the right of the GAA office.

I hope everyone is having a Great summer… Time is flying! Hope the internships/jobs are going well and I get to hang out with everyone soon! We should try planning a camping trip or something like Michigan Adventures/Cedar Point! Leave a comment on what you think or get hold of me!

It has been brought to my attention that there have been some concerns regarding the trip. There will be 14 people attending, which means that we are going to book four rooms (up from the original three rooms). The official price, for 14 people, is $140 per person.

The next deposit for the trip is due on March 15, and will be $50. You can give the money to Nanette or pay through Paypal.

There will be two vans reserved to drive down to Wisconsin. Greg Wojo and Tom Walker will be the drivers. Everyone will be assigned to a van. Van assignments are as followed:
