In an industry known for corporate acquisitions and shutdowns, French Paper has persevered, emerging as one of the strongest, smartest, and most consistent paper brands around. Friday, November 16 the GAA will be taking a trip to Grand Rapids to tour BrightFormat. As you may recall, BrightFormat is the digital printer that came in and spoke with us in October. This will be a great trip that all members are encouraged to attend if possible.
Hello all! Below it the itinerary for the fall trip. I have tried to be as detailed as possible. Please note that as of right now I do not have a bus reserved but am in the process of doing so. The prices for the bus and driver are as what I was told last year. We now have a bus reserved. Also the final price for the trip DOES NOT include student funding at this point but I am in the process of applying and will be speaking this week Thursday. Also I have adjusted the cost for 30 people to attend the trip (because some people have special situations and such).
Please email me if you have any questions.
Lynette talked to a representative from Student Government, and they have finally sent the President an email saying that our allocation form was denied because we turned it in too late. Therefore, the spring trip to Washington, D.C. is cancelled due to high costs. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
The Graphic Arts Association will be going on a trip to Washington D.C. from April 4-8 (Mid-Semester Break).

We will be needing a $20 down payment by Tuesday, February 28 at 5:00PM to confirm you will going on the trip. You must pay the down payment if you want to go on the trip. This will make it easier for us to get a final price for the trip and it will also let us get a better understanding of the amount of people and the budget for student government funding. There will be no refunds.
You can pay for the down payment via cash, check or PayPal. The PayPal button is located below. Give cash or check to John Bohnett.
The trip to Quad Midland is taking place on November 2 from 8:15am – 3pm. Please bring a couple of dollars for the drivers. We will be getting lunch in Midland.

The next deposit for the trip is due on March 15, and will be $50. You can give the money to Nanette or pay through Paypal.
